It will then systematically elaborate on the key points and considerations during paper preparation and submission to help improve the chances of manuscript acceptance. Additionally, the importance of research integrity will be discussed, with detailed explanations on how to adhere to academic standards and prevent research misconduct throughout the submission process.
首先将回顾环境科学的发展历程，梳理当前的研究热点，并介绍爱思唯尔出版社在环境科学期刊发展中的战略布局与未来展望。随后，将系统阐述论文准备与投稿过程中需了解的关键事项和注意事项，以助力提高论文录用几率。此外，还将探讨科研诚信的重要性，并具体说明在投稿各环节中应如何遵守学术规范、防范科研不端行为。
【报告人简介Speaker Biography】：
Lucía Muñoz Franco is a Publishing Director at Elsevier with responsibility for a team that manages over 70 journals in Environmental Sciences including flagship journals like Environment International, Journal of Cleaner Production and Remote Sensing of Environment. Lucia's group incldues some of the largest journals (40,000+ submissions to a single journal per year) and fastest growing journals (some large journals still see 25%+ growth in submissions per year) as well as more than 30 newly launched Open Access journals, of which 10 are in partnership with Chinese institutes and societies. Lucia has been working with Elsevier since 2007 in various publishing and strategy roles and working with journals in both physical sciences and life sciences. Lucía received her doctorate in Astrophysics from the University of Chicago (USA) and worked as a researcher and a management consultant before joining Elsevier.
Lei Zhou is a Publisher at Elsevier. She graduated from Nanjing University and possesses extensive experience in academic publishing and entrepreneurship, with expertise in strategic planning, partnership development, and project execution. Prior to joining Elsevier, Lei was the Director of Business Development at Tech Science Press, where she drove the expansion of journal portfolios through data-driven strategies and worked closely with editorial boards to shape journal development directions. She led the establishment of key partnerships with multiple academic and government institutions continuously expanded stakeholder collaboration networks, and successfully organized several international academic conferences.

周蕾，爱思唯尔出版人。毕业于南京大学，在学术出版与创业领域经验丰富，擅长战略规划、合作伙伴拓展与项目落地执行。在加入爱思唯尔之前，她曾任Tech Science Press业务发展总监，通过数据驱动策略推动期刊规模增长，并与编委会密切协作，共同制定期刊发展战略。她曾主导与多家学术机构及政府单位建立关键合作伙伴关系，持续拓展利益相关方网络，并成功组织多项国际学术会议。
